Even if a hundred people hear the same sound, at the same time, the brain will interpret it differently based on the physiology of the ear, the current mood and circumstance and your life experience.
Sound Sessions
A sound session is a meditation with sound, a sonic massage, which uses a variety of sound healing instruments - crystal and Tibetan bowls, gongs, drums - to allow the body to move into deep relaxation. Lie or sit down in a comfortable position and allow the body to feel the sound vibrations in the physical body. A basic premise of sound meditation is that everything is a vibration and that the frequency of the sound waves can positively influence our bodies at a cellular level.
During a sound session the brain moves waves from an active beta state, to a more relaxed alpha or even dreamlike theta. I offer both one on one sound healings and sound baths
Sound Baths
A sound bath is when a group of people gather together and experience the power of sound together.
Not only do our bodies resonate with the vibrations of the instruments, but also our bodies lift to the highest vibrational level present. The body is always looking to heal and to increase its vibrational state.

The benefits
Most people feel a deep sense of relaxation, and for some this lasts several days.
Many people feel a release of tension & suppressed emotions, clarity and a sense of oneness.
Sound healing uses sound waves to heal both the physical and energetic body. Many people benefit from a regular wellbeing tune up (1, 3 or 6 month intervals) and it is good to have a week or two in between sound sessions.
Participating in a sound session is a great way to quiet the mind. Considering how overstimulated we can be, regularly introducing a calming experience can definitely have a positive effect on our well-being.
Each experience with sound healing will differ depending on your feelings and surroundings. Each new experience will teach you more about yourself. Sometimes you might have a visual experience, and other times it may affect the way you feel emotionally or even distort your perception of time. All of these contribute to your personal growth.
