CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
Please be advised that you can reschedule your sound healing or private yoga session up to 48 hours before the scheduled service via email will be processed without a penalty.
Cancellations made 48 hours or less before the scheduled service will be subject to a charge of half of the service rate. This includes appointments where the client is unavailable.
As a courtesy, your appointments are confirmed electronically the day before your scheduled appointment by email and/or text messaging from our online appointment scheduling software because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. From this confirmation email, you have the option of the following without a charge:
Confirm your appointment from the link provided in the email;
schedule/change/modify your appointment from your email;
Cancel your appointment from your online account;
Respond back by email with any changes or issues.
If you are late for your scheduled session, it will shorten your time and service provider is not obligated to make up the time.
If you are a “no-show”, service provider will not refund your money and you will be charged 100% of the service amount.
REFUND POLICY
No refunds
Services rendered including group yoga classes and sound baths, are not refundable but can be transferred if communication occurs to White Swan Sound and Yoga prior to session.
Refund on digital product
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds will not be issued once an order has been placed and product has been downloaded. If you are unable to download the digital product please contact Charlotte Fraser of White Swan Sound and Yoga at charlotte@whiteswansoundandyoga.com within 5 of days for assistance.
If you change your mind and have not downloaded the product a refund can be issued upon request within 2 days.
Downloads are closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access purchased digital products.
It is recommended to contact White Swan Sound and Yoga if you have any questions before you purchase.
RETREATS
For a full refund, more than 51 days notice prior to the start of the event is required.
At 50 days before the retreat, however, if neither the ticket holder or the retreat organiser can find a person to fill the spot, then no refund will be issued. If a person is found to fill the spot, then an 80% refund will be credited to the original purchaser.
In the case of unforseen circumstances and seven days prior notice, a partial refund and credit towards yoga and sound services can be negotiated.
In the case of notified unattendance due to covid related circumstances, a full refund will be given. If the whole group is unable to attend due to restrictions a future date will be offered to try to reschedule; and if that does not happen then a refund will be given.
